The Board meets 8 times per year (1 face to face and 7 by teleconference with an option to extend the number of teleconference meetings as required to conduct the business of the Division).

The Division is moving towards the Consititutional changes adopted at the 2009 AGM which will see the board composition change to: The number of CQRDGP Board members, shall be a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 9, comprising of 5 GP Members; 2 Primary Health Care Providers; and up to 2 Directors appointed by the Board itself (on the basis that they are persons whose background, skills and/or experience may be thought prudent or necessary to enhance the ability of the Board to better discharge its role and the legal duties and responsibilities of the Directors).
