Practice Details: Emerald Medical Group - is a group general practice established in 1992 by Dr Ewen McPhee. Currently has 4.5 FTE including GP registrars. Access to ultrasound machine and solarscan. Opportunity for lots of occupational health work. Broad range of general practice with a young population base.
Position Description: Full time position to replace a female practitioner. Part time applicants also considered. Procedural skills an advantage but not essential. 2 practices in town with successful applicant working 3 days in one practice and 2 days at the other practice.
After Hours: Low after hours load 1 night/wk on call and 1 weekend in 6. Mid week call outs are rare.
